Impact Convention 2025 is right around the corner, and now is the time to plan your visit! Whether you want to squeeze in a little R&R around our main Convention events or extend your stay for full vacation, Provo and the surrounding Utah Valley offers plenty of ways to enjoy shopping and entertainment, indulge in delicious dining experiences, and discover breathtaking escapes into nature.  


1– Go behind the scenes at Tranont HQ 

Ever wondered what it takes to get Tranont products to your door each month? Take the 20-minute drive from our Convention Center in Provo to the Tranont home office to get an inside look at our process and mingle with the corporate team that makes it all possible. 

Join us on Thursday, March 13, from 10:00am to 12:00pm for organized tours of our headquarters. Tours will start every 15 minutes, and no sign-up is necessary—just show up and enjoy the experience!


2– Shop, dine, or play at University Place 

Located in nearby Orem, University Place boasts of 150 shops and department stores, a collection of 25 restaurants and a food court, plus a variety of event and activity spaces. At the heart of University Place is the Orchard—a large park with indoor and outdoor playgrounds that also hosts activities, concerts, markets, and more.

4– Get curious at Thanksgiving Point 

Spanning 155 acres, Thanksgiving Point offers 7 top-tier attractions with options for to an afternoon or a full day with family fun. Travel back in time at the Museum of Ancient Life, explore hands-on exhibits in the Museum of Natural Curiosity, enjoy a critter encounter at the Butterly Biosphere, and so much more!

5– Enjoy a winter tubing adventure

Believe it or not, Utah still has some snow in March! Enjoy a fun day of winter tubing on the 1,200-foot sliding lanes and the magic carpet at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center located near the north-east end of Provo Canyon.

Enjoy dozens of weather-free, worry-free activities at Provo Beach. This 50,000 square foot indoor activity venue includes an indoor FlowRider, ropes course, laser tag, bowling, miniature croquet, playgrounds, arcade games, and a carousel.

8– Marvel at majestic Bridal Veil Falls 

As one of Provo Canyon’s most popular and breathtaking features, Bridal Viel Falls is one stop you can’t miss. Located just minutes from downtown Provo on Highway 189, Bridal Veil Falls is easily accessible with a short walk down the paved Provo River Parkway Trail. Opportunities to snowshoe closer to this 607-foot waterfall may still be available in March!

9– Take in the views along Provo Canyon Scenic Byway  

After you stop at Bridal Veil Falls, continue north on Highway 189 and enjoy the spectacular natural scenery of the Provo Canyon Scenic Byway. Along the way, consider following the signs for short side trips to Sundance Resort, the Unita National Forest, and Timpanogos Cave National Monument (the cave itself will still be closed for the season.) As you reach the end of Provo Canyon, consider stopping at Deer Creek Reservoir or visiting Soldier Creek Hallow for a snow tubing adventure.

10– Find adventure at Sundance Mountain Resort

11– Enjoy the scenery at Utah Lake State Park 

Home to Utah’s largest freshwater lake, Utah Lake State Park is a popular destination for power boating, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. Though remaining winter conditions in March limits recreation on the lake, the Utah Lake Visitors Center offers a fascinating look into the history of the lake and the surrounding valley.

12– Attend an event at the Delta Center—Home of the Utah Jazz 

Located in Salt Lake City, the Delta Center hosts some of the most popular entertainment and sports events in Utah. There are several events happening at the Delta Center during the week of Convention—including a home game for the Utah Jazz!
