TRANONT U.S. PRIVACY POLICY

Tranont places great importance on the protection of your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information IMoney Tools, LLC dba Tranont (“Tranont,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit Tranont.com, other Tranont websites, or Tranont applications (each a “Tranont Site” and collectively the “Tranont Sites”), or that we collect via email, text message, and other forms of site-related electronic communications, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including information collected by a third party or through any third-party website, including through any application of content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Tranont Sites. Personal Information is any data with which you could be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, social security number, and any other identified by which you may be contacted online or offline (“Personal Information”).

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Tranont Site. By accessing or using any part of the Tranont Sites, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Privacy Policy when the option is made available to you, you agree to the collection and use of your information according to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and our terms of use. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Tranont Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children and Privacy

The Tranont Sites are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

How We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Tranont Sites, including Personal Information and information that is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Tranont Sites, and usage details.

We collect some information when you provide it to us. Other information is collected automatically when you visit the Tranont Sites. We may also collect information about you from “Tranont Associates,” independent contractors to which we have granted rights to promote and/or sell our products and services.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through the Tranont Sites, or through other means, such as text message, email, mail or other ways you interact with us. This may include:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Tranont Sites. This includes information provided when you apply to become a Tranont Associate, at the time of registering to use the Tranont Sites, subscribing to our service, posting material, purchasing products, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a promotion sponsored by us and when you report a problem with the Tranont Sites. This includes contact information, such as name, email, and phone number. It also may include information to create an account with the Tranont Sites.

· Payment information, such as name, bank information, billing address, and payment card details, including card number, expiration date, and security code, which is collected and stored by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

· Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.

· Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

· Your search queries on the Tranont Sites.

· You also may opt to provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Website or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. We gather this information to facilitate the conversation you started with us, to prevent the misuse of our email service, and to protect the security of our information technology systems.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with the Tranont Sites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

· Details of your visits to the Tranont Sites and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.

Information Transmitted When Entering into a Contract With Online Shops, Retailers, and Mail Order

We transmit personally identifiable data to third parties only to the extent required to fulfill the terms of your contract, for example, to companies entrusted to deliver goods to your location or banks entrusted to process your payment.

Social Media Links and Third-Party Sites

Tranont Sites may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a link to a third-party site, you will be directed to their site. We have no control over these sites, we cannot protect your personal data, and we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. The Tranont Sites also offer social sharing features, including but not limited to links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Vimeo, and YouTube, which allows you to access your social media account to share actions you take on the Tranont Sites with your friends or the public depending on the settings of your social sharing account. How We Protect Your Information

Tranont has implemented appropriate physical, technical, and administrative security standards to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Our service providers and affiliates are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information and may not use the data for purposes not authorized by us.

Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal identification information, you acknowledge that there are security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the Tranont Sites cannot be guaranteed. Please do your part in protecting your Personal Information by keeping your account password safe and confidential, logging out of your account after using a shared computer, and regularly scanning your computer for viruses, malware, and spyware.

By using the Tranont Sites, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Tranont Sites. Data Retention Policy

We delete your Personal Information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected and when there are no applicable contractual or statutory retention periods. Presently, this is no later than ten (10) years.

Who Do We Disclose Your Personal Information To?

We do not sell or share your Personal Information except as described in this Privacy Policy, including:

· To Tranont’s employees and third parties who provide technical or organizational services for Tranont and are required and have agreed to protect your data.

· We grant rights to Tranont Associates to promote and/or sell our products and services. Tranont Associates are independent contractors, not employees of Tranont. Therefore, we have no control over the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Information by Tranont Associates for marketing or other purposes, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for this. If you provide a Tranont Associate with information through the Tranont Sites, we will have access to this information and the information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Tranont Associates may provide Tranont with information about their customers, which we will handle in accordance with this Privacy Policy upon receipt of the information. If you are a customer of a Tranont Associate or have shared your information directly with a Tranont Associate, please contact your Tranont Associate or directly to learn about their data protection practices.

· In the case of payment processing for orders, the data for processing the payment transaction is passed on to the payment service provider who is bound by instructions. The Tranont Associate through whom you place an online order is only informed whether the transaction has been completed. Your Tranont Associate will not receive any information about your account unless you provided your information directly to the Tranont Associate or have given your consent in advance.

· To companies such as shipping companies for transporting orders and credit card companies for billing. These service providers are prohibited from using your Personal Information.

· In the case of a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or part of Tranont’s assets, in which case your Personal Information may also be included in the transferred assets.

· To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

· To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

· To third parties to market their products or services to you if you have opted in for these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. SSL or TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser’s address line when it changes from http:// to https:// and the lock icon is displayed in your browser’s address bar.

If SSL or TSL encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

Encrypted Payments on This Website

If you enter into a contract that requires you to send us your payment information (e.g., account number for direct debits), we will require this data to process your payment. Payment transactions using common means of payment (Visa, MasterCard, direct debit) are only made via encrypted SSL or TLS connections. Analytics and Third-Party Tools

When visiting the Tranont Sites, your surfing behavior may be analyzed by Tranont and third parties. This happens primarily using web connectors. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous, i.e., we cannot identify you from this data.

· Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers' target-audience preferences, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to Privacy@Tranont.com.

We do not control third-party collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI's website.

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.
