Cancellation Policy:
Orders, including individual Subscription orders, may be canceled for a 100% refund, subject to a 15% Cancellation Fee. Orders that have already entered the packing and shipping process will not be eligible for cancellation prior to shipping.
If you signed up for a Subscription, you will continue to receive Subscription orders until you cancel your Subscription. In order to avoid future charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You may cancel through your account on Tranont.com, or by contacting our Customer Success Team at 800-973-3715, or emailing us at success@tranont.com.
Refund Policy:
Products may be returned by Associates within ten (10) days (thirty (30) days for Customers) after the products were delivered for a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs and a 15% Cancellation Fee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) issued from Tranont. Associates and Customers are responsible for the costs of returning product to Tranont within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the RMA, or the product will not be eligible for return. Associates who have been enrolled for less than thirty (30) days may return products for a 100% refund, less shipping and handling costs. Final Sale, Seasonal, or Special Promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged/Defective Product Exchange Policy:
If you received a product that was defective or damaged and would like to receive a replacement, you must contact Tranont within 48 hours of receiving the product by calling 800-973-3715, or emailing us at: success@tranont.com so that we can provide you with further instructions. Approved product exchange (or return when there is no suitable replacement, as determined by Tranont in its sole discretion) will be at the value of the product at the time of purchase.
Retail Customer Refund Policy:
If a retail customer is dissatisfied with a Tranont product for any reason, they may return that product subject to the following terms and conditions: The product must be returned in its original package and shipping container to Tranont or the Tranont Associate who sold the product within 30 calendar days after the products were delivered for a 100% refund (less shipping and handling costs and a 15% Cancellation Fee). Final Sale, Seasonal, or Special Promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process: Customers who choose to return the product directly to Tranont should contact Customer Service at success@tranont.com to request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") and obtain further instructions. The shipment must be marked with the RMA, contain an explanation for the return, and the original purchase order number. If you should require assistance, please contact the Tranont Customer Success Team or your Tranont Associate.
Buyers age 65 or older who reside in North Dakota have 15 BUSINESS DAYS within which to cancel orders for products with a purchase price greater than $50.
Tranont monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
